Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Cold Snap Technology Affiliate Program. The pronouns "you" and "your" refer to a current client of Cold Snap Technology or Northern Visual Services, and the pronouns "we," "us," and "our" refer to Cold Snap Technology.
Qualifying Services
You may qualify for discounts or credits if you refer someone to us who purchases any of the following:
New Website Design, or redesign.
- At least one hour of website maintenance or updates.
- Any Hosting package, at least one year of Plan 1, six months of Plan 2, or three months of Plan 3
- CMS conversion
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for at least three months
- Ranking or Web Statistics reports for at least six months
Discounts and Credits
For as long as the business or individual that you refer continues to use our services, you can either receive a $2/hr discount (up to 5 referrals totaling $10/hr) off of our current hourly rate, or for each new client you refer, you can choose a $50 credit towards any work you have us do in the future or qualifying service listed above. If, after having work done at a discounted rate, you change your selection from a rate discount to a credit, you will only receive a partial credit adjusted retroactively.
Example: If you refer 2 clients to us and they both pay for at least one qualifying service each, you can choose either $100 credit to be applied toward any of our services, or $4/hr discount off of our current rate. If you were to choose the discount option, any hourly maintenance would cost you $56/hr instead of $60/hour.
Cancellation and Expiration of Affiliate Credits and Discounts
All discounts and credits may expire immediately in the following cases:
- The referred client has no active services with CST for 6 months.
- The referred client does not remain in good standing.
- Your account does not remain in good standing.
- Credits will expire 365 days from qualification date.
Limitations
The following limits apply to the Affiliate Program:
- The referral must occur after January 20, 2009.
- The referred client can not be an existing client of Cold Snap Technology / Northern Visual Services.
- No more than 5 qualified referrals can be applied at the same time.
- Qualification for discounts and/or credits begins on the qualification date, which is one business day after the referred client has paid for at least one of the following services from Cold Snap Technology:
